We work with almost all rubber types, but the most common we supply are Silicone, Buna-N (Nitrile), FKM (Viton), EPDM(Also called EP), and Neoprene.
Yes! We’d be happy to work with you to create a solution for you! Depending on the material we can even customize the color.
Most commonly we customize size of products, we’d only ask you provide a drawing, or preferably a 3d CAD file.
Our minimum order quantity depends on what it is you’re looking to source. Standard sized O-rings like AS568 have a minimum of $200, but some custom parts require a minimum of $750 due to molding and materials needed to complete the project.
Depending on the complexity and what you have for designs typically it takes 8-10 weeks from first email to product in hand.
Once the part is approved by your team, future orders can take as little as 5 weeks!
