Answers Before You Request a Quote
Find answers about standard and custom rubber parts, materials, drawings, minimums, lead times, and documentation. If your question is application-specific, send us what you know and we’ll help identify the next step.
Requesting A Quote
What information should I include with my request?
Include any known part number, dimensions, material, quantity, application conditions, required date, and documentation requirements. Attach a drawing, CAD file, specification, or photograph when available.
Can I request a quote if I don’t know the material or size?
Yes. Tell us what you know about the application, including the substance being sealed, temperature, pressure, movement, environment, and approximate dimensions. We can help identify possible options and the next information needed.
Do I need a drawing or CAD file?
Not for most standard parts. Drawings and CAD files are helpful for custom components, but you can also begin with dimensions, a sample, photograph, part number, or application description.
How quickly will Accurubber respond?
We typically respond to website requests within one business day. Complex custom requests may require additional review before pricing and lead time can be confirmed.
Products and Custom Parts
What types of rubber parts does Accurubber supply?
Accurubber supplies standard and custom O-rings, gaskets, washers, grommets, molded seals, and other rubber components.

Yes. We supply common AS568 and metric O-ring sizes in multiple materials and hardness options, subject to availability and order requirements.
Can Accurubber help with a completely custom component?
Yes. Send us a drawing, CAD file, sample, or description of the application. We’ll review the requirements and determine an appropriate path for quoting, tooling, sampling, and production.

Materials and Ordering
What materials are available?
Our most commonly supplied elastomers include silicone, NBR/Buna-N, EPDM, FKM/Viton, and neoprene. Additional materials and compounds may be available depending on the part, dimensions, hardness, quantity, application conditions, and documentation requirements.
Do you offer FDA-compliant materials?
Specific compounds may be available with documentation supporting applicable FDA requirements. Tell us the exact compliance requirement when requesting a quote; not every material or finished part is automatically FDA compliant.
Do you have minimum order requirements?
Minimums vary based on the part, material, manufacturing process, tooling requirements, and quantity. Any applicable minimum will be identified in the quote.
What are your lead times?
Typical lead times are approximately 2–3 weeks for standard parts and 5–7 weeks for custom parts. Material availability, quantity, tooling, and production requirements can affect timing. The expected lead time will be confirmed with your quote.
